Multilingual DTP Technology

Computer Aided Translation Technology
CAT tools refer to Translation Memory and Terminology Management applications which help translators store and reuse previous translations and to enforce consistency in terminology. Translation Memory programs store previously translated content for reuse. This way we can automatically maintain consistency and improve turnaround times by reducing the time spent translating recurring content. Every translated sentence is stored in a repository database. When a particular sentence reoccurs, the translation stored in the database is displayed on-screen for the translator to review. The translator then has the option of reviewing, editing or accepting the translation. Client-specific translation memories are maintained on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and reliability for future documentation updates. Likewise we automate the storing of terminology databases to identify reoccurring terminology in an automated manner saving hours of human effort.
Workflow Technology
To automate the tracking of projects and deadline we have integrated the latest in workflow software to centralize our business functions.This includes a Client portal with 24-7 access in order for our clients to request quotes, submit projects and check on the status of a project. Our project managers use our workflow tools to automate hand-offs between our globally distributed linguists. Reports and tracking are easily accomplished making sure all parts of a project are kept on schedule.
