For any new project, ParlExperts likes to hold a kick-off meeting between our client´s stakeholders and our project-management staff assigned to the account. This can be done either in person or in a video meeting or a conference call. The purpose of the kick-off meeting is to open the communications channel between our client and our project managers. You will be introduced to your point-of-contact, who is the senior team member responsible for overseeing all work and your conduit of project information. During the kick-off meeting a senior project manager and the account executive will recap the project parameters, project schedule, and deliverables. The kick-off meeting also gives everyone a chance to clarify any questions they may have.
